We finally started painted the nursery! it felt so great to take that step in getting things ready for our baby girl! now i just cant wait to start furnishing it and decorating :) the colors we chose are gray white purple and another color that we actually are having trouble deciding on haha. more than likely its going to be a teal, sort of tiffanys blue. but who knows. (i will post pictures later tonight of our progress. i just dont feel like uploading them right now)
i feel like my belly has been growing at a faster rate these days. my pants will fit one day and the next day i cant get them buttoned. :) but im not complaining. i love my growing belly and i love being pregnant. the only thing that has been bothering me these days is the round ligament pains ive been having. it feels like every muscle in my lower half is about to tear in half. its not pleasant..
the other night the baby was going wild moving and kicking. when nate came to bed i had him feel it and he felt so many kicks and turns it was awesome. those moments where we can both feel our little girl and share that together is amazing. i cant even imagine what its going to be like the first time we lay eyes on her. we are already so incredibly in love with her.
my most recent dr. appointment went very well (as they all have) i got to see Dr. Hott instead of a nurse practitioner and i was so happy. he is so nice and answers all my questions. i leave there feeling so good and assured that everything is going perfect. ive gained 17 lbs so far..which put me right where i should be for week 22. now i just have to gain about 17 more before baby girl comes! which shouldnt be hard the way ive been eating recently haha!
well i will try to update again this week and more often! im off to go on the never ending search for maternity pants with my grandma :) hope everyone has a great day!
