just a general update...

i really don't know what this post is going to be about.. i'm just going to type what i'm feeling at the moment so bare with me. haha.

i'm almost 21 weeks! that means only 19 more until i meet our baby girl! Nate and I (mostly nate) have been working like crazy to get the room that will be the nursery ready for painting and decorating. i finally got the closet cleaned out and all of her stuff put in there for now so at least its all in one area! :)

i am so excited to finally start getting things ready around the house. one thing i need to work on getting ready is charlie. don't really know how that's going to work. i know once he gets used to having the baby around that he will be so great with her, its just those few days/week when we first bring her home that i'm worried about. he wont hurt her or anything but hes just going to drive me crazy because he gets so jealous. i'm trying to convince nate to post on here as a "guest blogger" but i'm not too sure that's going to happen.

A lot of changing and bumps in the road have been going on the past few weeks but thankfully the baby is keeping me positive and giving me something else to think about and look forward to. i'm so incredibly thankful that this baby is coming into our family and that i was given the chance to have her. i'm already so in love with her and am so happy that as one chapter closes in our family's life, another is opening.
